Description
We are a fourth-generation family owned and operated business looking for a detail-oriented, well-organized individual to perform accounting and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support managers and accounting team
Reconcile general ledger accounts in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
Assist managers with data entry and analysis of monthly reporting
Input accounts payable invoices and perform vendor check run
Provide additional support to accounting staff when needed
Qualifications/Experience:
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Strong knowledge of MS Office with emphasis in Excel
Ability and willingness to learn various software systems
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Hospitality and/or real estate management knowledge a plus
High school diploma or Associates degree/relevant certification
