Fast-paced, small, and growing Waltham law firm specializing in estate planning, elder law and estate administration seeks full-time administrative assistant/receptionist. Responsibilities include managing the attorneys’ calendars, managing phone calls and correspondence (both electronic and physical), greeting clients and other visitors, preparing invoices and other related documents, scanning, filing, interfacing with vendors (including facilitating the resolution of basic IT and facilities issues), tracking and ordering office supplies, sorting mail, and other assistance around the office as needed. Friendly work environment and challenging work experience.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work both collaboratively and independently. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a keen attention to detail.
