Job Description A small financial planning firm is looking for an administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks Support to advisor and financial assistants Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, banking experience a plus Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Minimum of a high school diploma Proficiency in MS Office Associate degree in business, a plus Please send resume to:
