Job Description
William Raveis Real Estate Inc. is seeking a dynamic, experienced Administrative Manager to provide exceptional administrative support in our South Boston, MA office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing technical support for all company initiatives, implementing best practice for procedures, systems and processes, confidentially managing all real estate transactions, coordinating local advertising and marketing programs, and providing exceptional service to internal customers including the sales staff and the management team. Preferred skills and experience include: basic understanding of
accounting/banking, MS Office, and office equipment. Ideal candidate should be self:motivated, work well within a team or independently, have a customer service focus, advanced organizational skills, real estate license is a plus, but not required, graphics/creative ability also a plus, ability to effectively multi:task, and responsive to/anticipates customer needs.
