Description
The PM Customer Service Administrator is a key team member assisting in the daily organization and operation of a fast paced, last mile delivery service.
He/She communicates and assists customers with the scheduling and delivery of consumer products.
Interacts and assists the teams of Carriers throughout the delivery and installation process, and provides diverse administrative support to the Warehouse operations.

Hours/Days: Tuesday Saturday, 12:00-8:00pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering customer questions and solving problems
Respond to customer emails/phone calls
Update / edit delivery systems applications as orders change
Maintain the organization of delivery documentation office
File and sort delivery paperwork
Assist with delivery route preparation
Assist in other areas as needed
